shareholder agreement contract for newly formed partnership -- 2

I have just formed a general partnership with the cofounder of a new business we are very close to announcing and launching. I am looking for business coach and mentor to assist me with the startup processes such as the accounting side, how to establish fair disbursement of the profits and equity of the business, how I can qauntify my time i spend working on the business to give legitimacy to my contributions and also to give both partners a form of accountability. our idea is fantastic and we have already signed probably the largest client that was availble in the market we are entering. I want to know how to capitalise on this relatioship to encourage similiar business in the industry to also employ us. I am hoping there is some accountants or project managers our there in the freelancing world that read this. I mtself am returning to uni in march 2025 to transfer my 3/4 complete accounting degree to project management. I want to learn about supply chains and logistics as much as possible. I have significant funds tucked away and would love someone to coach my through some of the scarier more unknown hurdles that come along. complete discloser, we have already created lots of sunken costs that could have been avoided had we been given better advice then google haha
