I need an excel expert to build Resource Capacity vs Demand Dashboard

I am working on creating a capacity model for my team. Its number of hours that each resource is working on for each task in a month. I need capacity vs demand for each of the resources , by month, by quarter. I can get on a quick call to explain the attached excel sheet that I have created so far, it has the basic dashboards I have built so far, but need help to build better visuals.
I need to create a capacity model for our project team. I already have a version of it ready but I am not satisfied with it.
Requirements:

1. Create a dashboard of team capacity vs Demand by quarters.(this needs rework, I have a version of this dashboard, and will show you what I expect it to look like, I have an example dashboard)

2. Create a view showing demand by quarter across whole team

3.Create a view showing capacity by quarter across whole team

Since most of the work is already done, I expect the project to be finished within 1 day( but for an excel expert it should not take more than a few hours to complete this)

We will need to get on a call to discuss once, so I can clearly communicate my needs.
