Here is something I mainly need from a freelancer:
1. I'm good with communicating in English, but if there is someone who understands Chinese. That would be better than great. The reason I mentioned this is that there might be work from Chinese sites.
2. We are doing a startup of a online shopping tool, which currently needs product specifications and reviews from platforms like Xiao Hong Shu and Amazon etc. The file formats of the product specifications are capable with MS Excel and Mac Numbers.
3. We prefer that the freelancer informs us of the estimated cost in advance, before getting into the actual work.
6. If the freelancer is not available at the moment I need some work done, we would like another one to follow up temporarily.
This is the first time we are using freelancer. We need to have more information of how this works. Maybe a trial for a few days would be nice.
I also prefer your reply by email, because I might not be able to answer the phone anytime I get a call.
