I need an Excel expert

This is for personal reasons only. I have a table with various rows and columns which i want to sort by a column.(so far so easy) then i want another column that ranks the the sorted column from one to however many there are. if there are any amounts or in this case percentages the same in the sorted column then the ranking will be the same in the new/extra column. I envisage a button which runs a macro to get the desired result. sounds simple to me but I haven't worked with excel for a few years so I cold be wrong. If this is going to cost me an arm and a leg I will give it a miss but if it's only a few dollars i would like your help. I have attached a basic spreadsheet of what I want the finished product to look like. I await your response.
