I'm looking for an AI expert to develop a solution that can autonomously extract data from real estate appraisal (per doc) and auction sale notice documents (avv doc). The main goal of this solution is to streamline operations by automatically updating a particular Google Sheets with the extracted information.
The specific data points the AI solution should be able to extract are:
- Property address
- Appraisal value
- Auction date and time
- Mutch more
Since these documents may contain other valuable information, the AI should be capable of identifying and extracting any available valuable data elements.
The preferred AI platform for this project is Google Cloud Vision API. However, I urge freelancers familiar with other platforms to bid, provided they can justify their platform choice.

Automaticaly Create/Improve a Prompt to use for any new similar document.
Step 3:
Automate the activity further: Given a Google Docs folder, the system should automatically
identify new files and add rows to the Google Sheet file.
The solution should be cost-effective and leverage open-source or similar artificial intelligence tools,
including paid options (e.g., ChatGPT).
Ideal candidates for this job should have:
