VA for Finding Leads on Social Media

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to grab leads, I’ll send material on how. It’s pretty simple. We'll specifically be targeting those who work in the nightlife industry and going down the research rabbit hole on Instagram.
Ultimately I'm trying to sell high end social media services and night life people have access to a wealthy Rolodex so my goal is to gain a bunch of affiliates from this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find mini partners (affiliates) in nightlife: vip hosts, promoters, club managers club partner companies, etc.
- Inputing the above prospects info (names and emails) on a google excel sheet
Skills and Experience:
- Critical Thinking
- Proficiency in using Instagram for business research
- Experience in lead generation
- Bonus: Experience in the nightlife industry
