I'm seeking a professional familiar with eClinicalWorks to help digitize our patient intake process.

Key Tasks:
- Transform our paper patient intake forms into an eClinicalWorks setup that captures the same information during electronic check-in. Eclinical works is already set up with this functionality . We are not looking for any original programming or novel functionality . We are looking for somebody who will work with the functionality that already exists in eclinical works . This involves:
* Patient demographics
* Medical history
* Insurance details
- Ensure that all collected data is automatically stored in patient records post check-in.
- Integrate the electronic check-in process with consent forms signing.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with eClinicalWorks is a must.
- Understanding of patient intake forms and the information they typically gather.
- Experience with setting up electronic check-in systems.
- Proficiency in integrating consent forms into digital check-in processes.
