data visualization

I have a list of horses and ratings for these horses past performances. I need this displayed in a line graph, and the data for each point needs to be displayed when hovered over. The names of the horses to be displayed are in a JSON file, and the data is in a CSV file. The CSV file has thousands of performances for many horses so only the horses listed are to be displayed. I ideally would like to input the JSON file daily and the graphs to be produced
