I need a fast, accurate data-entry specialist who is happy with a fixed rate of $2 per hour. The work is ongoing and ranges from transcribing printed material, copying information from web forms, to tidying up existing spreadsheets. You will mainly work in Excel and Google Sheets, so confidence with basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and quick data-validation checks is important.
Reliability matters more to me than speed alone; every batch must come back double-checked for typos, missing fields, and duplicate records. I release tasks in 3–4-hour blocks, review, then assign the next set, so clear communication on Skype or WhatsApp and the ability to start within 24 hours of hire are essential.
Deliverables for each batch:
• A completed spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets, as specified) with 100 % of the assigned rows populated, cleaned, and verified.
• A short changelog noting any ambiguous data or issues encountered.
