convert pdf list of song titles into xls sheet

I am looking for someone to convert a scanned image PDF file containing less than 12 pages of song titles into an Excel spreadsheet. The data does not need to be cleaned or edited, it should be transcribed as is.
They should be combined into one xls sheet
