confusion matrix

I am seeking assistance to develop a confusion matrix for a given dataset. The input will be provided in the form of a spreadsheet and I need a table and graph representation of the output that measures all types of comparison, such as true positives, false negatives, and false positives. The ideal candidate for this project should have an understanding of matrices and be able to create visuals and tables to represent the data accurately.
