combine 2 images and put in text through excel file

I have thousands of images with respective texts that need to be paste in the images. All the images are with url links of my own websites, and text of the images are in excel too. You need to guide me how i can put the texts of Excel sheet into respective images through programming or software (that i believe already in the market ready to pay to use).
I need to combine 2 images and respective text for the combined image.
