Zapier Expert Needed for Data Optimization -- 2

Looking for a Zaiper expert on data flux to execute a project divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 is a smaller phase to test the capabilities of Ziaper experts than Phase 2.
Phase 1: The following work is already done in Zaiper data flux:
- If there is a new order, information the data goes on a csv file
- PDF there is generated in stripe and goes on a drive folder that user chooses
We want to optimize this part with :
- PDF Invoices that goes on a drive folder adapted of the month (ex : Invoice from March goes down in a folder called « March ») ; we want that the month folder be created automatically
- Optimise his csv
- In Podia, everything is ok but any PDF invoices go down, we need help here.
Phase II: we will discuss with the short-listed candidates, it is more of the customized report generation.
Per Hour rate: Max INR 400 - 550 per hour.
