Workflow Automation Process Optimization -- 2
Budget: $10 – $250 USD
I need an experienced consultant to help me lift my organisation’s operational efficiency by redesigning and automating several core workflows. My priority is process improvement, with a clear emphasis on workflow automation rather than broader quality-control or metrics work.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Map our current process flows, highlight waste and bottlenecks, and quantify their impact.
• Propose future-state workflows that minimise manual hand-offs and reduce cycle time.
• Recommend the right automation approach—whether low-code RPA, BPM tools, or tightly scripted integrations—and outline required resources.
• Deliver an implementation roadmap with staged milestones, quick wins, and measurable ROI targets.
• Provide templates or SOPs so my team can maintain the new automated processes long term.
Most of our data lives in Google Workspace and a PostgreSQL back end, so familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make.com, or similar orchestration platforms will be a plus. If you work with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN modelling, even better—I value clear, evidence-based proposals.
Final acceptance will be based on:
• A concise current-state vs. future-state process map.
• A realistic automation plan we can start executing within 30 days.
• Documented KPIs that show expected efficiency gains.
If this sounds like a fit, please outline a brief approach and note any comparable projects you’ve led.
