I am in need of a comprehensive dashboard that effectively displays a weekly utilization report. This report must focus specifically on two key data points:
- Employee Productivity
- Resource Allocation
With the end goal being a better understanding of our efficiency and allocation of resources. The dashboard should allow me to quickly and easily visualize these data points. The ideal freelancer for this job would have a background in data analysis, as well as experience in creating dynamic, easily readable visualizations. Skills in data mining and familiarity with software such as Tableau or similar would be highly advantageous.
