Venue Operations & Promotion Data Entry

We are seeking a Venue Operations & Promotion Data Entry to own the lifecycle of "Promotion Creation" within our admin portal. You will be responsible for translating nuance-heavy promotion details (casino flyers, promotion rules, and venue calendars) into clean, actionable data fields.
You will manage the "Venues" section of our platform, ensuring that every promotion listed is 100% accurate, properly categorized, and audited for logic errors.
Key Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Analysis: Review venue images, PDFs for all nuances (e.g., specific dates/times, qualifying criteria, "Expected Value" variables, and fine-print restrictions).
Portal Entry & Management: Accurately input promotion details into the admin portal fields, ensuring proper tagging and categorization for the end-user.
Logical Mapping: Ensure the data matches our platform's logic (e.g., ensuring promotional amounts are displayed correctly and time-sensitive triggers are set accurately).
Process Improvement: Identify recurring complexities in venue data and suggest improvements to the admin portal fields to make data entry "leaner" and more automated.
Hourly Rate: $2 - $3
Technical Requirements
Analytical Mindset: You must have an eye for "The Fine Print." Experience in gaming, poker, or legal/contract review is a major plus.
Data Integrity: Proficiency in managing CMS or Admin Portals with a focus on structured data.
Logic-First Thinking: You understand that data must be verified and acknowledged at both ends (PDF and Portal) before the connection is complete.
Engagement Terms
Status: Independent Contractor.
Project Owner Availability: US Pacific time 9am-2pm
