VBA Script for Excel to MySQL Automation

I am seeking an experienced programmer to develop a Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) script that automates the export of data from Excel to MySQL. The script will handle two critical worksheets: a primary sheet with approximately 900,000 records and a secondary sheet with 17,000 additional rows. The primary task is to extract all records from the primary sheet into corresponding MySQL tables, implementing logic to identify and prevent duplicate entries based on specific identifying columns. It also needs periodic execution capability to seamlessly transfer newer additions from the secondary 17,000 row sheet. Proficiency in VBA, MySQL and handling large datasets is required to efficiently update records without duplication.

You may need to remote into my laptop via TeamViewer or AnyDesk to make any adjustments or configuration to ensure that that the macro fully works.
