Upload MCQ Screenshots to Training Site -- 2

I need assistance uploading MCQ screenshots from a PDF file to a corporate training website. The users will access this content online.
We have more than 8000 questions in different PDF files.
Need to take screenshot of each question and option separately and upload to website.
Payment will be INR 200 per 1000 MCQ.
