TikTok Ad Creation for Lead Generation

I am a real estate agent and have a tiktok video to launch. Tried doing it myself and see a red symbol next to "status" in ads manager. Need someone who has a screen share account to work on this via screen share. Only apply if you have set up many lead generation tiktok ads for a business and not e-commerce/shopify.
