Text Data Entry to Database -- 2

I have a collection of typed documents that must be converted into clean, well-structured records inside my database. Every word needs to be transcribed exactly as written; formatting quirks or line breaks from the originals should not carry over unless they affect meaning.

You will receive the documents as PDFs or DOCX files, along with login credentials (or a CSV template) for the target database. The system currently runs on MySQL, so familiarity with MySQL Workbench, phpMyAdmin, or similar import tools will speed things up, but any method that keeps data integrity intact is fine.

Key points for this task
• Accuracy is paramount—no spelling changes, missing fields, or extra spaces.
• Follow the field mapping I provide so each piece of information lands in the correct column.
• Keep all work confidential; the data contains business-sensitive text.
• A brief progress report after the first 20 entries will help confirm we are on the same page.

Deliverable
A fully populated database (or exported SQL/CSV dump) that mirrors the content of every supplied typed document, ready for immediate use in our production environment.
