Texas Property Data Research & Skip-Trace
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a spreadsheet template waiting in Google Sheets and I need it filled with verified residential ownership details pulled directly from county-run sites in several Central Texas counties. The task has two clear parts:
1. Research
• Log into each county clerk/appraisal portal I specify and capture the standard ownership fields (owner name, property address, etc).
2. Skip tracing
• Enrich every record with the owner’s phone numbers, email addresses, and current mailing address, using Propelio and Propstream tools.
Keep the Google Sheet updated with the obtained data.
This is a part time role requiring an estimated 40 hrs/mth.
