TIFF to ECW and LAS to RCP

I am looking for a freelancer who can quickly convert TIFF to ECW and LAS to RCP using Global mapper and Recap or other relevant software. The purpose of this conversion is to turn the files size until 10 Gb (They got 30 Gb more or less). I am open to any compatible output format and need the project completed within 24 hours. Ideal skills for this project include experience with Global Mapper, Recap, and data conversion.
