Structure data, extract from API and present tables and reports in Powerbi

We have a small construction company:
We want to have the best reporting of all small construction companies in Iceland.
I have few tasks, but I want to try to find the right person to work with going forward, this will be a long term relationship.
First task will be to retrieve data from API to PowerBi in structured tables and create reports as well.
Like I said, I need someone who can take the data, structure it and connect it to powerbi so than an unexperienced person can create reports.
Addition would be to have nice look on the reporting and the overview of the powerbi.
