I'm a retayed vetenary doctor and now I'm doing social works and we have a group for that work. in my work we are doing some project
* Helping street dogs and cats.
* find home for inercent dogs and cats.
* Till they get a home we are caring and vaccine and giving some medicine...Ect
Therefore I have data about that every projects, I have recorded that all the details on books but any thing didn't store on system therefore I want to fill some forms according to the project details.
