Store data which was on books

Hello,
I have dry fish selling shops in our business city and one a week we are importing all the dry fish and we are distributing to out of the city and selling some in our shop also.
We are keeping Leger accounts each shop but because all the details on books. According to the new versions I also want to take that all the details to the system, I can provide the next which is on the books. Then you can store it on system.


I'm a health services worker and these days in our area and in our province giving vaccination to the small children as a last step in that program. First we gave vaccination for elderly, after that middle age and now children therefore I have that everyone data on books, I must handover that data to the health minister not on books, on as a excel document, therefore before that have to do,

* Clasify all the data
* Type it on word document
* Upload to the system
* Finerlize every things

I can send all the data which is on books, then you have to store it and give it to me.
