Store my customers details

i have a book shop. i'm keeping records of my good customers and i'm sending vouchers annually for them. therefore i need to have a list of them. i'm taking their details. i'll give it to you then you have to store those details on a spreadsheet. the data is about customer's name , address , telephone number , bought amount... you have to enter thier address very accurately. i'll send all the data after selecting you.
