Statistical analysis for DNP project

Job ID: 37486353

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

The prevalence of nurse burnout has become a pressing concern, affecting healthcare professionals' well-being and patient care quality. However, a knowledge gap exists in understanding staff's specific learning preferences and needs, hindering the development and implementation of effective burnout interventions based on evidence-based practices.
The purpose of this Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) project is to identify the preferred learning style preferences of Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) staff regarding interventions and programs aimed at reducing burnout.

By understanding the preferred learning styles of the PACU staff, this project aims to develop and implement targeted educational interventions that align with their learning preferences. These interventions will be based on evidence-based practices that effectively reduce burnout and promote mental health and resilience among healthcare professionals.

I have attached the data collected from Qualtrics and inputed dated "DNP data" from the Felders Index of Learning.
