Square-ADP SevenShifts Payroll Integration

I need our bi-weekly payroll flow to move seamlessly from clock-in to paycheque without any more manual downloads or spreadsheets. Today we capture sales and tips in Square, track labour in Seven Shifts and cut cheques through ADP; I want one person to manage the automated pipeline that pulls approved hours from Seven Shifts, matches them to the correct employees and earnings codes, and pushes a clean file straight into ADP for submission on our regular two-week cycle. They need to check for accuracy and completeness and work out any issues with the company manager.
Nothing fancy in terms of compliance—standard federal and state payroll rules are fine—so the real challenge is the bi-weekly processing and submission of payroll: mapping employee IDs across the three systems, reconciling tips and overtime, then triggering the ADP run on schedule. If you’ve worked with the Square API, Seven Shifts webhooks or an ADP Workforce Now integration (whether through their APIs, SFTP or a middleware tool such as Zapier/Make), you’ll know exactly what I’m after.
Deliverables I’d like to see:
• Your understanding of the integration that fetches approved timecards from Seven Shifts and consolidates regular hours, overtime and tips.
• upload of the corresponding payroll batch in ADP, ready for final approval every other Friday.
• Clear error-logging and a simple report summarising total hours, gross pay and deductions for each run.
• Bi-weekly processing of the company payroll.
