We are looking for a committed professional to design and implement a comprehensive system for an NGO, aimed at collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and presenting data on targeted and potential beneficiaries across the nation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social protection program design, a strong grasp of implementation frameworks, and a solid background in research and analysis. If you possess a Master’s degree in Social Protection, Public Policy, or a related field, have at least five years of relevant experience, and are driven by the opportunity to create meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Areas of Data:
- Demographic Data: We need to gather information on age and gender, education level, and household size.
- Economic Data: This includes tracking income levels, employment status, and housing situation.
- Health Data: Any relevant health data on potential beneficiaries.
Ideal Qualifications:
- A Master's in Social Protection, Public Policy, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in the field
- In-depth knowledge of social protection frameworks and implementation models
- Experience with the World Bank or other international organizations is a plus.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other local languages is an advantage.
