I have multiple data files that need consolidating into a well-structured Excel workbook. Files include nightly sleep metrics from Oura Ring, Eight Sleep, ResMed MyAir (sleep-apnea events), and Dexcom Clarity Stelo (glucose trends). One of the files is in JSON format, so experience reading or converting JSON files to Excel is essential.
The objective is to integrate the data into one cohesive format, categorize context tags (e.g., alcohol, magnesium, physical activity) while expanding tag categories like diet and exercise intensity. You'll perform a regression analysis to uncover how inputs impact sleep quality and other health metrics (including Oura’s Sleep Score & Efficiency, Resilience, and Readiness Scores, etc.) and translate these insights into clear actionable recommendations.
Deliverables:
- A single Excel file integrating all datasets with tidy columns & date/time alignment.
- An expanded tag dictionary with editable dropdowns for additional inputs.
- Regression analysis highlighting correlations and key drivers of sleep quality.
