Security Data Entry Project and Merge

We provide Fire Alarm Inspections and Smoke Detector Sensitivity Testing for a wide range of commercial, government, and non-profit entities. We currently provide inspection and test reports printed from data we have built in excel files for each customer. This process has served us well over the years, but we recognize the need to modernize and are in the process of moving to a new software integrated vendor platform for these services. To upload our data to our vendor, Service Pro, we need to merge equipment data from each customer/site’s individual excel file into a single equipment upload file. This contract proposal will cover one month of our annual fire alarm inspections, and we estimate that approximately 10,000 lines of equipment data will need to be taken from about 70 separate customer excel files into the single equipment upload file.
