Sales Data Update & Customer Support for Purchase/Return

We're looking for a freelancer who can manage both sales data update tasks in Excel and handle customer support related to purchase/return processes. The ideal candidate will:
• Update and maintain sales data accurately in Excel.
• Resolve customer queries regarding purchases and returns in a timely manner.
• Provide regular progress reports.
• Work independently to ensure the project meets the required standards.
Deliverables:
• Updated and organized Excel sheets with current sales data.
• Resolved customer support issues on purchase/return queries.
