SENIOR SAP MDG PROJECT IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Responsibilities
1. Identify MDG strategy and facilitate common understanding across team around objectives and best practices
2. Recommend data consolidation, value mapping, data modelling and UI approaches that best fit each MDG function and process
3. Lead team in identifying/confirming data governance and business glossary strategy and approach
4. Participate in all MDG meetings/workshops and discussions, including kick-off, strategy, design (requirements), and data quality analysis
5. Provide MDG knowledge transfer to DLA resources
6. Create business and technical design documents
7. Facilitate data quality review with data SMEs and stewards of user interfaces models to support reporting and data migration
8. Advise on potential issues and risks
9. Coordinate, monitor, and report work stream progress
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous experience working on SAP engagements in the past 5 years
2. Experience in design, development, implementation, testing of IT systems based on SAP MDG solutions
3. 10+ years of experience with SAP
4. Participation in more than 5 projects, including at least 2 in the roles of MDG Architect or MDG Technical Lead, in the past 10 years.
5. SAP Certified Application Associate - Master Data Governance
6. Knowledge of core SAP MDG functionality
7. Understanding of integration points in SAP MDG
8. Knowledge in SAP MDG integration tools
9. Understanding of SAP MDG extensions principles and options
10. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, hands-on build, implementation and troubleshooting
11. Ability to proactively identify opportunities, make recommendations, own initiatives, and mentor others
12. Must obtain IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) within two (2) months after award
Role 02:-SAP Enterprise Architect
Responsibilities
1. Work with Government Program team and business users to understand business processes and requirements to assist in developing
a) Transformation Roadmap – High level transformation roadmap aligned to DLA’s transformation objectives
b) Process Hierarchy – Confirmation of business processes in scope
c) Target Architecture – Solution Architecture for the proposed SAP MDG cloud solution including integrations and reporting
d) Integration Scope – Validate integration scope including their security requirements for
integrations e) Technology Architecture – Provide advice on Application Architecture, Instance Strategy that includes HANA cloud and custom application development/custom extensions
f) Risk Analysis – Analysis of transformation project risks documenting architecture roadblocks, pain points and mitigation
g) Governance Model – Provide assistance to DLA’s governance model to enable successful transformation project execution
