We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and research talented artists and instructors across various platforms and sources. You will compile and organise this information into a detailed spreadsheet, which will serve as a key resource for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough online research to identify artists, instructors, and other relevant talent per our company’s needs.
• Accurately gather and record detailed information, including contact details, work portfolios, and other relevant data into spreadsheets.
• Evaluate the quality and relevance of the talent found to ensure they meet our specific criteria.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the art and talent industry to improve research efficiency.
• Communicate findings with the team.
Requirements:
- Applicant must be able to speak English fluently. THIS IS A MUST. Please do not apply if you do not speak English fluently. A zoom meeting will be required to prove this.
- Must have some creative skills. We are not looking for you to create any artwork or become a photographer, but we do need you to clearly understand what is quality/good creative work and what is clearly not/substandard.
• Strong research skills with experience in using various online tools and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately input data.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
