Recruiter & Assistant Trainer For Freight Brokerage Virtual Staff

The position we seek is for Sales people who can bring new shippers and for dispatchers who can move their freight for us.
This person has to be able to line out entire training & recruiting program . Full time long term position.
Work in other areas of the company as needed.
Recruiting & Training Leader provides operational support for the recruitment and Training employees. This position provides full life cycle recruiting of candidates. The position supports various HR events and activities, and ensures compliance with HR policies.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, job offers & negotiations and new employee onboarding and new hire support.
Assists with identifying needs of hiring Staff
Assists with the development of job postings and marketing/ employment brand strategies.
Provides backup for Virtual desk coverage of breaks, meetings, or schedule requirements.
Provides support with answering employee questions, assisting with the online application, answering phone calls, and assisting with special projects.
Must have experience in working in a freight brokerage.
