ROLE: REAL ESTATE LISTINGS DATA & QA SPECIALIST (REMOTE)

THIS IS NOT A GENERAL VA ROLE.

This role is focused on structured, rule-based review and upload of real estate
property listings. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
------------------------------------------------------------
- Review and upload property listings using provided data
- Verify price, location, property type, specs, and images
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or suspicious information
- Flag duplicate or low-quality listings
- Follow written SOPs exactly (no improvising)
- Record clear QA notes when issues are found

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
------------------------------------------------------------
- No scraping or sourcing listings
- No creative writing or marketing
- No guessing or filling missing data
- No communication with agents or owners
- Listings that fail checks are REJECTED, not fixed

REQUIREMENTS
------------------------------------------------------------
- Experience with data entry, listings, QA, or back-office operations
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive, structured work
- Able to follow strict instructions
- Clear written English for internal notes

(Real estate platforms, classifieds, or BPO experience is a plus)

Each listing is checked for:
- Accuracy vs source
- Duplicate risk
- Image consistency
- Price reasonability
- Location clarity
- Required field completeness

SCREENING (MANDATORY)
------------------------------------------------------------
Applicants must complete a short screening task:
- Review sample property listings
- Identify all errors or red flags
- Explain why each issue matters

Applications without the screening task are ignored.
