Rapid Elevation Modeling Needed

I have a set of raw topographic layers that must be turned into a clean, accurate Digital Elevation Model right away. The data are already geo-referenced; what I need from you is the full elevation-modeling workflow—interpolation, error checking, and delivery of a ready-to-use raster (GeoTIFF preferred) plus any auxiliary files you create such as hillshade or contour derivatives.

Speed is critical: I would like an initial DEM for review within the next couple of days and final polished outputs shortly after we approve the first cut. You are free to work in ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, GRASS, GDAL/Python, or another professional GIS toolset as long as the result meets common accuracy standards and opens flawlessly in mainstream software.
