ROM PROJECT

I am looking for assistance with a project involving a ROM (Read Only Memory). The scope of this project is to try and import an existing Excel spreadsheet into an Access database. I have the Excel spreadsheet already prepared and now need help in importing all the data into an Access database. With the current setup, the best solution would be to have someone that has expertise in both software and hardware development to help accomplish this goal.
I was hoping to find someone who is knowledgeable enough to take the Excel information and utilize the right technologies and know-how to bring this to fruition. The Excel spreadsheet includes a variety of information like names, addresses, phone numbers and more. It is imperative that all the data makes it into the Access database in complete form.
