ROI simulations

I need analysis in Excel (csv or xlsx) that would be calculating ROI of an investment project with multiple variables. For example, we need to understand where is break-even point when we agree with a 50 000 asset, 20% investment, 20 income days per year, 125 euros per day income; 15% direct costs and 10% indirect costs. The same question would apply to any other combination. I understand that the outcome cannot be on a single excel sheet. It is up to you to provide the best possible split or some smart way to use drop-down multi-choice menus.

Asset value in euros: 50 000; 75 000; 100 000; 125 000; 150 000; 175 000; 200 000;
Investment: 5, 10; 15 or 20 percent of asset value.

Income days per year: 15; 20; 25; 30;
Income per day in euros: 100; 125; 150; 175; 200;

Direct costs: 5; 10; 15 or 20 percent of income;
Indirect costs: 5; 10; 15 or 20 percent of income;

Term of the project: 1-10 years.
