QGIS time series extraction script
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I have a list of georeferenced points and a NetCDF nc datafile containing georeferenced timeseries of climatic data. I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a QGIS time series extraction script for me. The ideal candidate should have experience with QGIS and data extraction.
Input Data Format:
- Georeferenced points (approx 400 location points): The input data will be in XLS format.
- The precipitation data are in the nc files in https://crudata.uea.ac.uk/cru/data/hrg/cru_ts_4.07/cruts.2304141047.v4.07/pre/. Monthly precipitation required are from january 1950 to december 2022.
Output Data Format:
- The extracted data should be presented in an XLS file that contains in a single tab the (monthly) precipitation data from the nc file associated to the list of georeferenced points.
Required deliverables:
- QGIS script
- Excel output file from the Input data (400 location points)
- Excel output from a datafile with approx
