Python + AI Expert Needed for Email Data Cleaning & Validation (2.5-3.5 Lakh data)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking to hire a skilled data professional with strong expertise in Python and AI/automation tools to help us validate and clean a large dataset (approx. 250,000 to 350,000 rows) containing:
• Company Name
• Email ID
• Mobile Number
• Website
The data will be provided in Excel format in tranches/batches, and your deliverables will also be expected in Excel after cleansing and validation.
Scope of Work:
1. Remove Invalid Emails:
o Validate each email using standard email verification libraries/APIs.
o Remove or flag syntactically and technically invalid emails.
2. Verify WhatsApp Availability for Mobile Numbers:
o Check which mobile numbers are active on WhatsApp using available APIs or tools.
o Return a column indicating "WhatsApp: Yes/No".
3. Company Name-Email Sync:
o Analyze whether the company name matches the email domain.
o If mismatch is found, suggest the correct company name based on domain or known associations (e.g., using public databases, AI tools).
4. Remove Duplicate Email IDs:
o Identify and remove duplicate records based on email ID to ensure uniqueness.
Key Requirements:
- Utilize Python and AI techniques to clean and validate email data and check whatsapp data
- Focus on improving deliverability by identifying and correcting issues
- Handle a large volume of data efficiently
- Ensure the process is scalable and repeatable for future datasets
