Property Manager for Airbnb & Booking.com
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a mixed-use property overseeing Airbnb and Booking.com bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing guest communications and handling bookings
- Publish the property on Booking.com by following platform guidelines on Booking.com, select the option for guests to be charged at the property and enable Instant Booking.
- Manage property inquiries, bookings, and availability updates across the platform. Ensure timely responses to potential guests.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and Booking.com
- Excellent communication skills

- This role is open to individuals located in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico) only.
- Previous experience is not required as full training, materials, and instructional videos will be provided.
- Potential candidates must have an active Airbnb/Booking.com account as a guest.
