We’re looking for a pragmatic contributor to support the post-launch operational optimisation of a live, data-driven web platform. This freelance role focuses on structured product data submission, helping enhance merchant visibility across marketplaces through consistent, high-quality data handling.
The most immediate priority is ensuring smooth, efficient execution of assigned product data tasks. Contributors will work within a streamlined system that assigns products automatically, with clear submission logic and built-in validation. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key.
The engagement includes:
• Submitting structured product data through the platform interface, following predefined formatting and categorisation rules.
• Identifying and flagging any inconsistencies or friction points in the submission workflow.
• Supporting operational optimisation by ensuring data quality, reducing latency, and maintaining clarity across submissions.
• Participating in periodic reviews to validate submission accuracy and contribute to process refinement.
• Maintaining clear records of completed tasks and any flagged issues to support platform continuity.
Access to documentation, platform guidelines, and support channels will be provided. Success will be evaluated based on submission accuracy, workflow consistency, and contribution to overall merchant data visibility.
