You will be working purely with text data entry—no numeric tables or complex formulas—so accuracy in spelling, punctuation, and line breaks is essential. The originals will be supplied as clear scans; I simply need every word reproduced in an editable format (Word, Excel, or Google Sheets—use whichever is most efficient for you).

Because these are printed materials, please proof your work carefully before returning it; I want a file that is ready for immediate use without extra cleanup on my end. A final spell-check and a quick self-audit against the scans should do the trick.
