Power BI dashboard troubleshooting -- 2

I need some help troubleshooting a dashboard that has been set up in Power BI, since an analyst has left our company. The dashboard was handed over to me and I have basic update/ maintenance knowledge, but cant really troubleshoot. We use Hubspot, and we have a "data gateway" that pulls data from Hubspot and pushes into a google sheet which then links to PowerBI. I believe the issue was when the owner of the Google sheet changed to me (we archived the old analyst as a google user), its created this problem

Essentially I'm looking for a fix and to have a longer standing relationship with a power BI expert who can provide maintenance when the dashboards go down again.
