Power BI: Extract to a Custom Column a substring from text column

I am looking for a Power BI expert who can help me extract a substring from a text column and display it in a custom column. The ideal candidate should have experience with Power BI and be familiar with the following requirements:
- Extracting a substring from a specified text column
- The text column to extract the substring from is "TEXTO"
- The desired substring to extract is "(123) cargos"
- Displaying the extracted substring in a custom column named "Cargos"
- The extracted substring should only contain the number in parentheses, i.e., "123"
