Power BI Dashboard Development for Lifecycle Tracking
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am wanting to build a Power Bi dashboard that captures the life cycle of projects, from opportunity phase (idea), through to completion and capturing all the details in between, such as customer, time, revenue, and other details. The Purpose is to provide a repository for managing opportunities and bids for the business relating to infrastructure revenue projects. The system will need to manage data inputted by the users. It will provide the team with:
1. Forecast potential revenue and margin, to gain a clear picture of the financial year outlook versus plan.
2. Forecast potential revenue and margin, to assist in analysing market analysis and strategic direction.
3. Enable the various customer teams to assess customer behaviour and trends against targeted customers.
4. Better understand bidding efforts and identify opportunities for improvement.
Key features:
- Clean and crisp layout
- Ability to drill into detail when you click on anything in the graphs which will then take you to the relevant DATA pages in subsequent tabs
- Will need to be secure and only people granted access by our team can access the site and data.
- Would like to look at how graphs can be extracted and what reporting / exporting can also look like.
- Ability to track the movement of an opportunity through the lifecycle.
- Ability to have data that is related to actuals. So that might be that projects need to be split if we are only bidding on a section.
- Ability to link to a project to a contract
