Power Apps Form for Data Collection - 10/04/2025 19:20 EDT
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I have 2 simple sharepoint lists, QIDR and CAPA.
For list 1. QIDR, I need a Power Apps custom form (new list experience) designed to collect investigation data. The form will need to capture incident details and evidence documentation.
This form will also have workflow, such that relevant personell are notified when a form is submitted PLease see flow chart and example form attached.
For list 2. CAPA, I need a Power Apps custom form (new list experience) designed to collect information relating to how the investigation info collected in List 1 (QIDR). will be managed for resolution.
This form will also have workflow, such that relevant personell are notified when a form is submitted. PLease see flow chart attached
Once the information has been collected the forms should be printbale in PDF format for both the QIDR and CAPA solution.
A technical specificaion will be provided once NDA has been signed
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience in designing forms for data collection
- SharePoint Lists
- PDF from power apps form
- Power automate for notifications
