Position: Freelancer - Job Title Standardization - IT Administration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Goal and Responsibility:
The goal of the project is to come up with a standard list of job titles and match it with an existing list of provided job titles. You are also expected to provide the Job Description and Responsibilities for the job titles.
Please see the attached project brief for a sample of the expected output.
Project Timeline and Milestones:
The project is expected to be completed in 3 weeks with the following key milestones:
- Week 1: Standard list of job titles for the job function
- Week 2: Standardized list of job titles from the list of job titles provided
- Week 3: Job Descriptions and Responsibilities for the standard list of job titles
Qualification:
- You should have enough experience to be able to create a standard list of titles for the said job function. For instance, if you are tasked with creating the standard list for Marketing, then you should have a good understanding of the different roles in Marketing.
- Any experience in Data Analysis and Standardization would be a bonus.
Work Arrangement and Expectations:
- At the start of the project you will be provided with the entire list of job titles that you would be working with
- You are expected to provide daily progress reports and milestones should be delivered based on the timeline
- POCs should also be informed immediately if there are issues or impediments encountered
