Policy Data Analysis and Labelling

We have a dataset of submissions (by individuals and organizations) as feedback on policy proposals. We are looking for a policy researcher who can help us with lableling the dataset with different labels that we've organized.
The selected candidate will be trained on the labels we're looking to categorize the dataset by and when a data point should fit under each label.
There are about 100 paragraphs that we're looking to have labelled.
